Thailand everywhere dogs homeless

My condition city are rural social. It is called Khonburi city that a sub-urban of Ratchasima. Every day I always ever seen homeless dog on the side main road. In the room cafeteria of my high school.

In districts where people like to walk most of the time.In the morning, some villagers exercise. You will find the creeps along the way you ran. You need to be careful of piles poo of dogs, both wet or dry chunk.

I had often see homeless  dogs. In Thai society, you will see almost everywhere, such as sidewalks, schools, universities, government official, bazaars, temples, festivals. It is a long unresolved social problem.

Up Photo taken I took this during back to go home in the evening . I just returned from Lotus supermarket.
Homeless  dogs often had with dirt, a leper, spleen from lack of food. Dog lovers will look poor. The people are feeling both pensive and disgusted.

My direct experience happened at the school cafeteria. Every day there will be a dog under the table beside your feet. Some clever dogs will scrape your legs for food waste. You will feel pity and annoying when you eat.

Problems like this, schools can not solve the problem. On the other hand, there are only dogs going up every day. No one solves the problem. There is no sterilization of stray dogs resulting in rapid propagation. An indirect problem increases the social burden.

Homeless dogs are a nationwide problem because of all areas of Thailand. By the year 2002, Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra plans to kill stray dogs, with humorous and curious responses. People who like this policy say that it will make the country as clean as the 1st world, while the other side says it is a morally deficient policy. There is no mercy to the animals of the world. The result of the policy is more anti-wider. With the belief of the fate of the Thai people. The killing of animals is a sin in Buddhism. Despite these moral reasons, moral Buddhists do not solve the problem. Do not offer other policies The problem of stray dogs to this day still can not solve the problem.

Recent policy announced by law in 2016 is in the way of protecting animals. Preventing physical harm or harming animals. So much for solving social problems. Thailand continues to have problems with homeless dogs.
